It can be easy to overlook a small problem for a while. Maybe you have a minor leak under the sink, or your toilet is loose. Maybe your deadbolt doesn’t line up nicely with the door frame, or your window is difficult to open or close. Whatever the problem, it’s usually much cheaper to address it right away rather than wait for it to become a big problem, or worse yet an emergency!
My specialty is small problems, the ones that no one else may be interested in addressing. Maybe you’re not even sure what the problem is, you just see the symptom. Whatever the case, give me a call!
